How to install belt conveyor?

1. Install the belt conveyor frame

Firstly, install the frame of the belt conveyor. Before the equipment rack, determine the center position of the conveyor belt. All operation centers of the belt conveyor should be in a straight line.

2. Install the belt conveyor drive device

To ensure that the center lines of the drive shaft and belt conveyor are straight, the shaft and rollers should be found first. To ensure that it runs without load or power. In the process of installing the drive device, the corresponding important equipment can also be installed together. The center line of the belt conveyor and the roller shaft of the equipment should also be straight.

3. Install the belt conveyor roller

The roller has an important influence on the operating efficiency and service life of the belt conveyor. After completing the installation of the frame, transmission and tensioning device, the equipment support roller frame and the upper and lower support rollers should be operated.

4. Various debugging operations of belt conveyor.

During the installation of the belt conveyor, the following conditions should be met at the same time:

(1) All belt conveyor rollers should be parallel and arranged in a row.

(2) All belt conveyor support rollers should also be horizontal and parallel. And placed in rows with each other.

(3) After completing the current preparation operations, the belt conveyor rack equipment can be installed on the floor or foundation. And after fixing the belt conveyor, start the equipment feeding equipment and unloading equipment.

(4) All supporting structure frames should be horizontally parallel and in a straight line. Therefore, when the belt conveyor drives the roller and the roller frame, the horizontal position and center position of the conveyor belt should be checked immediately.

(5) Adjust the belt tension and belt deviation. When the belt tilts to one side, adjust the tensioning mechanism on that side.
